Our providers are extensively trained and certified to ensure the safety and well-being of your child. They hold certificates in Child Development Associate (CDA) and Montessori training, equipping them with a deep understanding of early childhood education best practices. Additionally, our staff members are certified in both adult and pediatric CPR, offering you peace of mind knowing that your child is in capable hands. They are dedicated to the safety and protection of all children under their care, and they understand the importance of promptly reporting any concerns to the appropriate authorities. To ensure our team remains up-to-date with the latest industry standards and best practices, our providers commit to completing 15 hours of DOH-approved training in various topic areas each year. This commitment to ongoing learning allows us to continuously enhance our programs and services. Our providers actively engage in monthly Professional Development meetings. These gatherings serve as a platform for knowledge sharing, collaboration, and skill development.

WHAT WE ALSO DO:

First 45 Days from Enrollment Screenings: We conduct ASQ 2 (Ages and Stages Questionnaire) and ASQ SE (Ages and Stages Questionnaire Social-Emotional) screenings within the initial 45 days of enrollment. These screenings help our providers gain insights into the child’s strengths and areas that require further development.

Individual Plan: During this phase, the provider collaborates with the family to create activities and suggestions for use at home. These activities have a targeted learning purpose to stimulate the child’s development.

Teaching Strategies: We follow teaching strategies that include the completion of a weekly lesson plan, monthly observations, and family conferences. These strategies contribute to a comprehensive approach to your child’s education and development.
